Abstract

The present paper is concerned with generation and measurement of charge in nano coulomb level to an accuracy of a pico-coulomb level using charged capacitors as a charge source. The capacitors of 100pF are used for measurement of charge at different charging period up to 25V.The measurements have been performed using automation measurement program developed in LabVIEW programming environment.
