Abstract

Cloud computing is Internet based computing whereby services are provided to the end users on demand. Cloud computing is the delivery of computing as a service rather than a product, whereby shared resources, software, and information are provided to computers and other devices as a metered service over a network. In healthcare, cloud computing is applied in many places and there are still lot of space available for cloud computing to explore in healthcare. Many software applications, services, and data once maintained locally, has now slowly migrated to Internet and it is available to all the users globally. This paper concludes the cloud computing model that presents a cloud operated healthcare service model and different services of cloud for healthcare section. This paper also structured the limitation of cloud for healthcare. Healthcare system can take advantages of cloud services in managing the patient and reduce the costs and provide good services to healthcare industry.
