Internet of Things: Security Challenges and There Proposed Solutions

Abstract

This new amazing technology Internet of Things brings environment of standard shift in our professional and personal life. Iot becomes common which boost the transfer of goods and services in universal supply chain networks. IoT has a great effect on the security and privacy of the tangled stakeholders. A modest legal structure must take the hidden technology into account and would be the best to establish by an international administrator, which is boosted by the private sector according to their special needs and thereby becomes easy to adjust. Today, IoT is need which being realization everywhere, human interest like smart city, smart environment, security, smart business process, smart agriculture, home automation and healthcare etc. This article deliberate the Security challenges and there proposed solutions. The contents of the respective administrator must wrap the right to information, provisions restricting the use of mechanisms of the Internet of Things, rules on IT-security-legislation, provisions which supporting the use of mechanisms of the Internet of Things and the establishment of a task force doing research on the legal challenges of the IoT.
